Good price for Frankfurt, altough be prepared for parking surcharge 15€/day and dog surcharge 15€/day. Older hotel, what is visible at some places, but still OK. I think mould between tiles within the shower area could be solved with some chlorine maintenance, but I could survive that. Old windows can’t be closed properly, so some cold and plane noise is coming in (the runway is on a west side from the hotel). But we slept very well. We canceled the housekeeping until check-out day via tablet in room, but they came to tidy up anyway, so this process apparently doesn’t work :) Free water, coffee and tea on the room is nice!

However, I believe it would be a great addition to your services if transportation from the hotel to Messe could be arranged in the future. This would greatly enhance the convenience for guests attending events there. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again.

The hotel ticked all the right boxes!! Staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, staff in the breakfast room were amazing, and the lady that serviced our room was just incredible! The facilities were perfect, not to mention the phenomenal breakfast! My family loved everything about the hotel, including the refreshing walks to and from the hotel through the forest.
